Royal Mail - FREE on orders above £100
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 days of being placed if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will e-mail you within 24-48 hours.
We won't take any responsibilities for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system.
International shipping
Royal Mail or DHL - FREE on orders above £100
Overseas orders will be dispatched by DHL or Royal Mail International Tracked. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days of being placed. Please bear in mind that if you are ordering from overseas, you may have to pay local customs or import duties.
Customs & Duty
International orders may be subject to local charges.
Any customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. *** If this is the case, you will be informed by the courier prior to delivery.*** We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Eudora London cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Eudora London will not process any refunds on returning parcels that have been sent back initiated by the shipping company because customer refuses to pay potential custom clearance.
Returns
30 Days to Return
We work hard to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if something isn't quite perfect we are here to help. You can return any undamaged and unused items) within 30 days of your purchase and should be in the same condition as the you received. Please note this excludes earrings as we cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene reasons.
Damaged Items
Please contact Eudora London immediately and we will assist you how to return the items so that we may assess the damage and fix or replace the defective items.
Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues
Eudora London cannot be responsible for any orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of your order or within 12 hours of your order being placed, we are not liable for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order or for any lost or irretrievable packages. Any delivery issues or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a lost package, we will do everything in our power to correspond with the respective couriers to retrieve your package or to file a claim for the value of the goods. Any extra costs incurred by Eudora London are the responsibility of the customer.
